Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Willow+Wicker treasure. If something isn’t quite right, we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on full-priced items—no questions asked—if the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Your return is received by us within 15 business days from delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Please email hello@willowwicker.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.

Return Shipping & Fees

We offer complimentary return shipping for Canadian orders. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds to help offset handling and shipping costs.

For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable method for peace of mind. Should your return not be received, it is not our responsibility to issue any reimbursements and your refund or store credit will not be issued.

Original shipping charges and any applicable duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund or store credit within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit, if selected).

If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, we will contact you via email to notify you that the return was not approved.

Final Sale Items

All sale, sample, and “as-is” items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Any visible imperfections or quirks will be thoughtfully noted in the product description—please take a moment to read it carefully so you know what makes your piece so special.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please email us at hello@willowwicker.com within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

If approved, we’ll issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion. The item must be returned to us within 15 business days of delivery.

Lost Package

If your package has not arrived or is marked as delivered but missing, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and support you in resolving the issue.

Please note: packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility unless determined otherwise.

One-of-a-Kind Disclaimer

Many of our treasures are made from vintage or upcycled materials or are vintage pieces from the late 60's/early 70's. Slight variations, markings, and unique characteristics are not considered flaws—they’re part of the magic.
