What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, and Willow+Wicker digital gift cards. All transactions are secure, encrypted, and processed with intention—because magic and safety go hand-in-hand.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
We begin preparing your parcel with love as soon as your order arrives. While cancellations are not possible, we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes if caught in time. Email us right away at hello@willowwicker.com and we’ll see what’s possible.
✦ Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally to most destinations available at checkout. For any items marked as “Pick Up Only”, this will be clearly stated in the product description and during checkout due to their size or fragility.
Which carriers do you use?
We trust your treasures to carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, and Dicom. Every parcel is fully trackable and packed with extra care.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. During event weeks, launches, or high-volume seasons, a little extra time may be needed to work our magic.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow its journey from our studio to your sanctuary.
What if there’s a delay with my order?
Once your parcel has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is officially on its journey—and out of our hands. While we always ship as promptly as possible, delays can occur due to customs processing, natural events, holiday rushes, or courier strikes. Your tracking number is your best compass—but we’re always here if you need extra support.
✦ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each item is thoughtfully handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. For regular-priced items, we gladly offer store credit or an exchange within 14 business days if the item is returned in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please email hello@willowwicker.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
Oh no! If something isn’t right with your order, email us right away. We'll do our best to resolve the issue with either a replacement, store credit, or refund (excluding original shipping fees).
Do you accept exchanges for sale items?
All sale, discounted, and “as-is” pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are you responsible for items damaged during shipping?
We take great care in packaging, especially fragile items. However, once in transit, responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. If something arrives broken, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

What materials do you use in your clothing?
We work primarily with upcycled vintage fabrics—including reclaimed 100% silk saris—reimagined into wearable art. We also incorporate eco-conscious fabrics like bamboo rayon in our signature loungewear. Every piece is lovingly handcrafted in India, celebrating slow fashion and artisan tradition.
Why is sizing sometimes inconsistent?
Our garments are made by hand and often from vintage textiles, meaning slight variations in size, shape, and length are part of the story. Each piece is beautifully unique. If you need help with sizing, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to guide you.
Do you offer alterations or custom orders?
At this time, we do not offer alterations or custom designs. Each piece is part of a limited run and reflects the spirit of its materials, maker, and moment.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Our digital gift cards are the perfect way to share a little Willow+Wicker wonder. They never expire and can be used online or in-person at our studio.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
While we don’t offer custom wrapping, every order is packed with love using eco-friendly, recyclable or biodegradable packaging—always beautiful and gift-worthy by nature.

What makes Willow+Wicker sustainable?
Sustainability is the heart of everything we do. From reclaiming vintage and deadstock fabrics to using earth-conscious packaging and partnering with Terracycle to responsibly recycle, we’re deeply committed to minimizing waste and maximizing intention. We proudly work with ethical partners who ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignified artisan employment.
Why do some pieces look slightly different from the photo?
Each Willow+Wicker piece is truly one-of-a-kind. Small differences in pattern placement, texture, or hue are natural due to the handmaking process and use of reclaimed materials. Lighting and screen displays may also vary.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! If local pickup is available, you’ll see that option at checkout. We’ll send you an email with pickup details once your order is ready. Haven’t seen the email? Be sure to check your junk folder and mark hello@willowwicker.com as a safe sender.
Do you do pop-ups or markets?
Absolutely! We adore connecting with our community in real life.
