Orders + Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, and Willow+Wicker digital gift cards. Every transaction is securely encrypted and handled with care to keep your information safe.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
We begin preparing your package as soon as your order arrives. While cancellations aren’t possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes if caught in time. Email us at hello@willowwicker.com right away and we’ll see what’s possible.
Shipping + Delivery
What are your processing times?
Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship or are ready for pickup within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays process within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, carrier schedules, and factors like weather or holidays.
What are your Canada-wide shipping rates?
Flat-rate shipping across Canada is $12 CAD, which includes tracking and up to $100 insurance coverage. Enjoy free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before tax and after discounts). Oversized items may incur additional charges.
Do you offer free local pickup?
Absolutely! Select Pick Up at checkout to collect your order in Newmarket, ON. We’ll email you when it’s ready along with a booking link for your pickup slot.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—flat rate $22 CAD to the United States and $50 CAD worldwide. Free shipping applies to orders over $200 CAD (before tax/discounts). Most parcels arrive within 3–10 business days, though customs can extend delivery times.
Who covers customs and duties?
The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or duties. We must declare the full value of your package. If a parcel is refused and returned, the customer is liable for associated costs.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier and us within 48 hours. We’ll open an investigation. Packages marked delivered are the customer’s responsibility unless the carrier rules otherwise. Irreplaceable vintage items will be issued as store credit.
Returns, Refunds + Exchanges
What items are eligible for return?
Full-priced items are eligible when:
- You contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- We receive the return within 15 business days of delivery.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
We provide complimentary labels for Canadian orders, but a 20 % restocking fee is deducted from refunds. International customers cover return shipping with a trackable service.
Are sale items final?
Yes. All sale, sample, and “as-is” items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. Items must be returned within 15 business days. We’ll arrange a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.

Alongside these, we occasionally offer curated vintage capsule collections. Each piece is hand-picked for its unique charm and timeless spirit, celebrating the beauty of garments already in existence. By bringing these treasures back into the light, we honor their story and invite them into a second chapter, giving you something truly one-of-a-kind to wander in.
Every offering, whether newly made or vintage-found, is chosen with care and crafted in alignment with the slow, soulful rhythm of Willow+Wicker.
Why is sizing sometimes inconsistent?
Each piece has its own subtle fit. Check the size chart on the listing or reach out to us for personalized sizing help.
Do you offer alterations or custom orders?
Not at this time. Every piece is part of a limited run, designed to reflect the spirit of its maker and moment.
Gift Cards + Gifting
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes—our digital gift cards never expire and can be redeemed online or in person.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t have a formal gift-wrap service, but every order ships in thoughtfully chosen, eco-friendly packaging that’s ready to delight.

Every Willow+Wicker piece carries its own unique spirit. Local Pick-Up + Events
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Choose Pick Up at checkout. You’ll receive an email with instructions when your order is ready.
Do you host pop-ups or markets?
Absolutely—we love meeting our community face-to-face! Check upcoming events on our Events Page or follow us on Instagram.
Wholesale Opportunities
Do you offer wholesale?
